The Heng Long Villa is a lovely place down a side street. For guidance I would say it’s about 15m walk from Pub Street, but if you don’t want ‘full on in your face’ this place is absolutely ideal and a 3 minute walk from the main thoroughfare in Siem Reap. The real bonus here is that the Bayon Pastry School is opposite. This is an NGO that provides training to vulnerable girls who can then enter the catering trade in the big hotels and restaurants. Honestly their pastries are fantastic; $4 for a breakfast that’s a coffee, pastry and a fruit salad. The staff are really lovely ladies. Back to Heng Long Villa. The room we had was a double and massive! Marble floor, air con, etc., everything one needs and the best we have stayed in during our trip in the $10-$15 range. Very quiet and a nice verandah and shady. The owner is a great guy too. If you are doing some cycling in Siem Reap, which you should, he can help as he’s a cyclist himself. He rides a Pinnarello Dogma!!!

Nothing that bothered us. Bathroom door wouldn’t close, but isn’t that picky. Really nothing to complain about at all

Great location. Best value. Big rooms. Have nice restaurant. Most important: Very friendly staff. They rent me their own mototbikes! They will assist any request. Staff made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Great little spot , near the centre of town but on a quiet lane, comfortable and great value

only thing missing was a pool and powerpoints near the bed
