This apartment is wonderful. The owner (Luca) met us at the door to show us the place and hand over the keys. The room features a lot of great original exposed stone. The place was spotless from top to bottom and very modern. The apartment is very quiet, private and secure. It is located a half-block from the main street of the pedestrian Old Town, full of shops and restaurants. The free breakfast is actually a voucher to an attractive nearby café. Finding parking for our car was difficult, but once we did, the fee was very reasonable. This is a great room. We were vary happy with it.

The single air-conditioning wall-unit does not cool the bedroom as well as it does the remainder of the apartment. In our case, the café where we were to get the provided breakfast did not open until after we needed to leave town.

The owner, Luca, had excelent approach to us, perfect communication, took care all the time. Apartment is very modern and stylish. My dauther got the present which she liked very much.

Great location! Felt safe walking around at night. The owners went above and beyond for us, extremely welcoming and helpful. Absolutely recommend!!! We will be back! Everything was very clean. Washer in room, which was handy.

I cant say we had anything that we disliked.

great location - walking distance to shops and restaurants and the marina - beautiful inside - love the exposed rock, very well done and comfortable - easy to communicate with Luca - highly recommend
