The Annex at Church View Barn

Exceptional quality, far better than a five star hotel room. Bi-doors opening out onto patio and hence garden. With a view of the church tower. Peaceful, but easily accessed from the A15. Superb continental breakfast brought to the door every morning.

A lovely room with complete opening floors onto a lovely garden. Very comfortable bed, great microwave/cooker, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer. A lovely and tasty continental breakfast every morning, and check out Uncle Henry's farm shop for frozen meals that you can cook in site. And Charles is a wonderful host, we look forward to returning.

We enjoyed the facilities, space, easy parking and the outdoors of this property. Perfect for the warmer months to spend time both indoors and outdoors. The host was friendly and accommodating. Good at given directions and plenty of information about the area was provided for reading in our own time.

There was nothing to dislike - the pictures are very true to the experience.

Breakfast was granola and yogurt with fruit salad and bread delivered daily. It was delicious each day. The location was secluded and peaceful. Could just sit and listen to birdsong while basking in the sunlight. Owners were super friendly and helpful. Genuinely a lovely place to stay.

It was perfect. Don't change a thing.

The apartment was just super quiet, well equipped, a wide bed, beautiful views and a lovely landlord with whom we had a very good time from the start. The fact that we had a parking space directly in front of the apartment was super advantageous for us. If we were to come back to the Lincoln area we would definitely stay there again. Many thanks again to Charles for the pleasant evening's entertainment.
