That were perfect 6 days, wish we could stay longer. Amazing place without crowds, all you need nearby, only 100 meters to the beach. But what really made our stay amazing was Franco with his friendship, helpfulness and smile. What is more, this place offers you canoes, umbrellas and sunbeds for free. You can play darts, drink coffe in garden or eat supper watching the beach from this residence - absolutely amazing . I highly recommend this place, perfect for calm stay on the beautiful beach. Biggest advantages: - helpful and friendly owner - free canoes, umbrellas, sunbeds - great breakfast and coffee - beautiful garden - cleanliness - silence - view and so close to the beach

We had a wonderful three days with my wife at this unique accommodation. Perfect location close to a truly stunning beach where you can seecdurong the night perfect night sky with full of stars. Even though the wind from sea was quite strong at times, we wanted to extend our stay by a few days, but unfortunately, the fully booked capacity didn't allow us to. The friendly owner served perfect breakfasts (cheeses, hams, fruits, croissants, and more, plus great coffee). The outdoor shower is definitely useful after a swim in the sea, and the option to take beach beds is a plus. Just a 3-minute walk away, there's a well-equipped grocery store. And a good pizzeria is 5 minutes away. You also have the opportunity to enjoy good coffee and drinks at three beach bars. Despite being the peak of the season in August, the beach wasn't overcrowded at all. The room was simple but spacious – a large double bed, a bathroom (with a roomy shower where I fit in too 😀). Parking on-site was free. There's even a small outdoor gym. Also, an outdoor freezer to chill Prosecco.

The room had a small fridge, however didn't cool very well.we used outside freezer with no problem. Mosquitos spray is necessary for outside chill.

It was clearly one of the best accommodations we ever staid in. The rooms were great. The locations was perfect. The garden was awesome to have breakfast AND dinner (very very recommended). And then there is Franco, who makes everything even more perfect - one of the best hosts we ever had!! He was always happy to see us, made sure we got everything we need (breakfast, umbrella, beach towels, AND even a Kayak!!) and he made our stay an unforgettable experience. We will definitely come back, the perfect getaway for a romantic, private and relaxing vacation. It felt like we stayed at a friends place - thank you Franco!!!

We stayed in Voce del Mare in the middle of September and it was really amazing. We stayed with 1 year old daughter which was sometimes challenging (especially for other guests:), but we don't regret. Franco obviously does this job with his heart and money is not his main motivation. The room was spacious (even with cot inside which was provided free of charge), the bed is huge and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful with the view of the sea. The beach was never crowded, it felt almost private, outdoor shower was also nice. Thank you Franco and Giada for everything. We would like to return some day!

What I would improve is maybe the mosquito nets on the doors/windows. It would be great to sleep with open window to hear the sea. There was lots of them there this time of the year. There was also uneven floor under the bathroom door in our room so it always made a creaking sound at night, that might be easy to fix. But these are small things and as I said, I would return without hesitation!
