The cabin was good with rustic feel and valley view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable.

No heater in the room , we had to pay extra nightly fee for room heater but it was not sufficient, you still feel cold especially aged people. No bottled water, they give water in a jug which didn't tasted good. A small soap in the washroom. TV was not working, they said they will fix it but they didn't. Breakfast is poorly made and options are very limited. One of the staff members was rude and gave us negative vibe, sadly we had to deal with him mostly. Given the amount i paid and experience i received, i would never come back here and dont recommend this to anyone. They tried to give a rustic feeling but are far away. Better book a nice sophisticated hotel in the area.

The size of the room was good. The property overall is nice. There's a cafe at the entrance of the property which overlooks the road, and the food cooked there is good. I liked the overall stay.

The behaviour of on-call staff can definitely improve.

Manager did help and quickly sorted out a booking amendment. Also booked a cab through them which had a very good and friendly driver that I greatly appreciated.

No restaurant. That means you need to be prepared to walk the 20 minutes into town every time you want to eat.... No mountain view although advertised, just a few trees and electric cables...Don't know why it's called deluxe room. Other than a big bed the room was rather small. Loud techno like music till after midnight. Some of the electric outlets didn't work. Only breakfast option is a small dry Aloo Paratha with a less than mediocre chai. I've come to the area many many times over many many years and stayed in lot's of different places all over McLeodganj but this is definitely on the lower end mainly because it's way to expensive for what you get. I've stayed at better places for half. Look around, you can find much better, sorry guys....
