Galle Henna Beach House

We had an amazing stay. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect with very easy access to the beach. The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable, especially the beach view rooms, which give a truly relaxing and special vibe. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special mention to the Sri Lankan style breakfast, which was delicious and highly recommended. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to see turtles and enjoy snorkeling right near the beach. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, warm hospitality, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

Терасса отеля выходит прямо на берег так, что с нее можно рассматривать крабов на камнях, рыбок в воде и иногда даже черепах. И конечно же закаты! Номер очень просторный с высотой потолка метров 5. Кондиционер мощный и без проблем справляется с местной жарой. В отеле всего три номера, и те половину нашего отпуска были не заняты, поэтому весь балкон и зона отдыха внизу были полностью в нашем распоряжении. Зеленую зону на первом этаже часто посещают белки и ящерицы, что может сделать завтрак более увлекательным.

В номере не хватало шкафа, где можно было бы разложить вещи. Эту роль выполняли диван и стул.

Reality exceeded all our expectations: great location, everything matched the description and photos, very comfortable bed, the beach is only 100 meters away (it wasn't a problem for us), private courtyard with sun beds, panoramic view from the terrace. Huge thanks to the staff, especially Chanthu, who were ready to help with any our request. Very tasty breakfast in a local manner with a lot of fresh fruits. We also ordered relaxing massage after long flight and a tuk-tuk tour to a turtle nursery, boat safari and Galle, both were great 👍

Galle Henna Beach House was a fantastic choice for a relaxing stay by the sea. The location is excellent, right on the beach, allowing you to enjoy stunning sunsets and the soothing sound of the waves every day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request or local advice. The atmosphere of the house is very peaceful, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the option to enjoy meals with a sea view made it even more special. As soon as we got there the staff were just the nicest. Our room wasn't ready so they gave us a coconut each while we waited. The breakfast was also lovely and we also got to choice how we would like our eggs prepared. We unfortunately could only stay the one night and I really wish we had more time, we didn't get to explore loads of the are but from what we did it seemed to be in a great location.

Only minimum facilities inside the room. No cupboards, no mirror. The property has no private beach access.

Beautiful peaceful staff were so attentive and made the stay personalised and tailored for individual needs. Incredible food.

Couldn’t get to beach direct from property but this didn’t hinder stay at all.
