Eigentlich ansprechende Unterkunft, Umfeld war nicht ansprechend.

Niemand hat das Zimmer übergeben. Zugang zum Zimmer gewöhnungsbedürftig. Steile Treppe. Wer trägt die Koffer?

"Fabulous stay!"

Towels & bedding we're of good quality & our room was spotless, with interesting decor! The bathroom was of a very generous size and was also well decorated - the bath was enormous, and the bathrobes were a lovely touch. It's a place full of warmth and charm and has gorgeous gardens with several quiet seating areas. It is truly a place to relax and recharge batteries!

The café wasn't open during our stay & we did not see anyone at all, and it felt a bit odd not to have anyone greet us. It would've been nice to have an 'honesty' box to buy some of the soaps/candles etc. from the shop...Wincanton itself didn't have much to offer, no shops open, but sadly, many small towns are not as bustling as they once were. However, there are many other places to visit nearby, these weren't 'dislikes' as such, just observations...

"Great for a stay over when travelling through the hills."

Very lovely clean room and wonderfully no fuss check it and out! Lovely people who run it!

The bathroom's extractor fan didn't work so it became very hot and stuffy in the bathroom quickly.

Rooms are really nice and bathroom was amazing. The cleanest place we have stayed in a while and we travel a fair bit.

Could do with more choice at breakfast and the bed was too hard for me but otherwise it was great!!
