Modern conversion on small holding farm in country setting. Exceptional attention to detail with modern fixtures and fittings. Wonderful location with very welcoming and attentive hosts. A “true” Norfolk view - sunsets were wonderful to see during early evening walk around the property.

The property was everything you could wish for and more. We took lots of home comforts / kitchen utensils as we cooked Christmas dinner at The Pheasantry.. We didn’t even have to unpack, everything was provided and more.

This is a truly exceptional property - beautiful appointed and lacked for nothing . A welcome bottle of Prosecco , fresh farm eggs and a fresh loaf of bread , jam and butter all provided as well as a bottle milk - wow ! very modern and spotlessly clean . Peter and Louise were so very friendly we felt right at home . I wish we knew how wonderful it was as would have stayed longer . We will be back ! Thank you Louise and Peter !

"Wonderful"

Hosts Peter and Louise could not have done more to make our stay pleasant. They have spared no expense on fitting out The Pheasantry to the highest standard. The location is quiet and relaxing, visits to the hens and sheep made us feel like we were really in the country. In the heatwave we experienced, the air conditioning in the apartment was VERY welcome. Highly recommend.
