B&B Il Vulcano

Silvana an Toni were amazing hosts, very attentive and always asking if we needed anything as well as providing great recommendations when we asked specific things about the area. The breakfast was delicious and everyday was something new to try typical from the area. The house is very tidy and in a very quite area, sleeping was very comfortable. Very happy with our stay and will definitely come back! 😊

B&B Il Vulcano is the perfect base for exploring Eastern Sicily by car. Whether you’re headed to Etna, Taormina, Catania, Siracusa, Noto, or any other gem in the region, this cozy guesthouse is ideally located. The garden pool was clean and inviting—even in mid-May, the water was perfect for a refreshing swim. The property offers breathtaking panoramic views—both of the sea and of majestic Mount Etna. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered an exceptional value for the price. But what truly sets this place apart is the heartfelt hospitality. Tony and Silvana are, without a doubt, the warmest and kindest hosts we’ve ever met. Thank you, Tony and Silvana, for your genuine care, your ever-smiling faces, and your delicious, rich, homemade breakfasts! Tony served them either in the lovely garden by the pool or, as we preferred, on our balcony—overlooking a lemon grove and the sea melting into the horizon. We felt truly welcomed and cared for in the most human and heartfelt way. Tony and Silvana, receive our hugs and warmest regards! We sincerely hope to meet again. One small suggestion: it would be great if the bathroom fan had its own switch, separate from the light. That would make things even more comfortable.

Very nice property with swimming pool and very nice garden and parking place. Owner and wife very nice and friendly and breakfast was amazing with local products.

Spectacular hosts and wonderful experience

Very nice b&b with lovely owners in Sicily. We felt welcome from the first second onwards. Even though we arrived very early we were able to drop out luggage and enjoy Sicily.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but not a problem. We had a nice terrace with a Lemmon plantation and sea view. Toni, the host was really kind and made us feel at home. There is a nice pool which we used in the afternoon and it was a great way to rest after visiting the Etna. Breakfast was served by the garden under the olives tree which I loved. Breakfast consisted of a typical Sicilian breakfast of pastries, home made jam, tomatoes and bread. I am not a fan of sweet breakfast but after I realized that I could have asked for something salty. The property is spacious and there are lots of fruit and olive trees which we loved. Toni is passionate about his trees and property and would make you feel at your own home. Surely we would stay again at B&B Il Vulcano. You should know that if you will probably need a car to move around as the property is high at the hill. If you want to swim in the sea there is a Lido down in the town.

We had a really great time at B&B Il Vulcano. The hosts Antonio and Silvana are extremely warm and welcoming couple, such that you feel like a part of family. They provided for us a great company to talk, and very delicious breakfast. They have a really beautiful property with a spacy garden and swimming pool. They borrowed us the umbrellas for the beach and even on our departure date, Antonio offered a emergency room/plus drive to the airport in case our flight will be cancelled (many flights were cancelled due to Etna eruption). Amazing hosts!

The facility is really spacious and lovely. The room was in the zero-floor and had comfy but a bit old double beds. The toilet was a bit old and small but equipped with everything you need including Italian bidet.

Perfect hosts, they like to take care of quests. excellent quality home grown foods served at breakfast, cant imagine better service. Thank You!
