Nice staff. Great location

Very bad shower facilities..almost no water pressure. No kettle in room

Very nice spot. Doesn't look like much from the outside. But very beautiful rooms and common areas. Comfortable, airy and shady. Great beds and lovely Thai design. Rooftop terrace is gorgeous. Shaded and breezy. The pool is excellent. It's constantly under shade so doesn't get any sun. This means it's really cold, which is exactly what I wanted after wandering around Chiang Mai in the sun. Perfect. Great location too - everything within strolling distance.

Simple stay, but makes the job really well. In a calm side street and with a nice terrace on the rooftop.

Dicht bij de winkelstraat en restaurants. Rustig met slapen. En heel lief dat ze de kamers naast elkaar deden voor onze kinderen

Parkeren met de auto lukt niet maar bij de tempel is een goede oplossing en dat ze vrij dichtbij

Konumu harika. Personel çok dost canlısı ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Odalar ferah ve temizdi.

Die Dachterrasse war toll aber nicht ganz sauber

- Central location, excellent for Sunday market. - Even if limited in variety, the breakfast is good and cheap. - Cozy rooftop to use until 22:00. Nice artwork on walls.

- Cleaning standards very low, both in common and private areas. -Rooms are big but dated, many broken or malfunctioning things. - The receptionists, albeit very sweet, do not speak English very well and they are not helpful with recommendations. Example: they booked for us a half day tour with an open carrier, which was super uncomfortable and made us feel sick. The suggested zipline activity was a rip-off, having to pay 8800 baht (for 4 person) for an 1-hour activity. So we left, and ended up to the fantastic botanic garden further down the valley, where we paid 500 baht in total and had an amazing time in a breathtaking landscape. The next day we arranged by ourselves a very nice tour with a taxi driver (with a proper car) which costed less than their suggested driver for the same tour. -The most upsetting thing however was that we were asked to pay 800 baht for a blood stain on a bed sheet. They said they it wouldn't come off. We took it to the laundry just around the corner and they got it cleaned for 100 baht... Future guests should be aware of that since a bloodstain on a bed sheet is something quite common really! and a proper accomodation should know how to deal with this.
