The hosts were very friendly and offered to help with anything we might need with re guards to the comfort of our stay. Fixtures and fittings were of high quality as was the food provided for continental breakfast. When leaving we’re we’re provided with some home grown organic produce. Will visit again!!

A beautiful, peaceful place to relax. Large, warm, comfortable room with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Good selection for breakfast. Close to Selsey and RSPB Pagham Harbour. Debbie even left us some fresh veg to take home!

"Lovely and comfortable stay for an anniversary surprise"

Booked this for my parents anniversary surprise trip. They had a really lovely time. It was comfortable and everything needed was provided. The little kitchen area was handy too. The lady who runs it was welcoming and helpful. The garden was lovely and peaceful. Shame the weather wasn’t nice enough to enjoy it more!

There is only one arm chair and so sitting in the evening was difficult for two as one person had to either lay on the bed or sit at the table in a hard chair. Also, for the size of the room and location of the furniture, a larger TV would be nice as it is difficult to see across the room. These are just preferences though and there were really no complaints.

"Lovely venue and very quiet, just what we needed."

The room was clean, the owner friendly, breakfast in the form of cereal, bread, butter, marmalade and jam were provided, especially as we asked for gluten free. The only thing that marred the stay was the weather! It felt as if one streak of lightning went through the cottage and the thunder was loud, long and immediately above us. However, can't complain.

The owner Debbie could not have been more helpful, warm welcome and explained everything we needed, good size room with high vaulted ceiling that gives a nice feeling of space. Spotlessly clean. Welcome e mail prior to start date with directions

Nothing we did not like. The only thing that can catch some people out is when you google the accommodation the picture that comes up is of the neighbours house that is on the main road. The accommodation is set back up a small lane, if you follow the owners instructions sent prior, for directions you cannot go wrong
