So tranquil and relaxing, exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. The property is delightful, spotlessly clean and every possible item required for a B&B is there for you, the attention to detail is what stands out at this property. The breakfast items supplied were of high quality and perfect for our needs, breakfast on the patio watching the birds was wonderful each morning.

"Lovely peaceful few days in pretty summerhouse"

Lovely comfy room with great garden, very rural with lovely touches such as bird feeders and wild flowers.

Breakfast was lovely but some pastries or fruit would have been a nice addition

Our stay at Three Oaks was excellent. Beautiful setting, lovely room with everything you need and Debbie was very welcoming. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Breakfast was continental style and perfect for our needs. Very peaceful and quiet location only a few hundred metres from a large nature reserve.
