The room was spacious. The house was on a quieter back street.

The room was functional but impersonal. Thevbath felt difficult to get out of without slipping. The downstairs was uninviting and the house felt empty.

It was just a 2-3 minute walk from CIDC dental clinic which is just along behind Starbucks on the corner. The owner picked me up from the airport and let me check out at 3pm rather than the usual 12 midday because no one else had booked my room and my flight was 6:50pm.

The room didn’t have a private kitchen as advertised - it is a communal kitchen down on the ground level.

Really good location with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was really pleasant and they offer free laundry if you are staying for at least 3 nights!

- Fantastic location in buzzing Nimman close to all the bars and restaurants but on a quiet, side road which was very peaceful and didn't have traffic outside so we could sleep in peace. - Mr Direk, the owner was extremely helpful, flexible and kind during our stay. He would try to help us with any questions we had and helped us with motorbike hire. Good english. - the beds are comfortable and aircon works well and is quiet. - daily cleaning by lovely and trustworthy staff. - smart TV so we could chill and relax with films and favourite shows - laundry service available - a little balcony where we could hang we stuff up to dry

-The bathroom in our room (room 2) needs upgrading but this was a minor drawback and the room was cheaper than other rooms.
