Rooms bathrooms garden were clean.didnt use the pool but was informed that they clean it daily.

Breakfast was supposed to be included in the Booking.com price, but the staff seemed unaware of it until we specifically asked. The portion sizes for breakfast were ridiculously small, and we even had to pay for water, which I found quite absurd.there were no waiters when we were dining near us to care for the needs had to go to the kitchen and call them up to ask for more food. In a few rooms, there were leaking pipelines.Additionally, there was no one at the reception to welcome us upon arrival. We had to go inside and call for someone.

I was asked B/B. However, it doesn't include a morning tea. We were a group, but our rooms were not close. Some were on the 1st floor & others were on the ground floor. TV doesn't work in the ground floor room. They didn't do room cleaning on the second day.

We chose this hotel as it seemed the best option which suited our needs whilst visiting Polonnaruwa. Convenient location. The family room was spacious with air conditioning and hot water working well. Good Food. Excellent service by Mr Perera and the team at Royal Nest. Highly recommended

Perera and his team is very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place for a short stsy to polonnaruwa

The bathrooms were clean.

The rooms and towels could have been cleaner.
