Rooms are not comfortable especially the bathroom is not at all ok for the price and also pillar in the center of the room made things worse

Friendly staff, good and fast laundry internal laundry service for reasonable prices, room generally clean, decent location.

I killed, without exaggeration, about 20 mosquitoes in my room within my two nights stay. That's far more than the 0 to 1 mosquitoes which I had in all other places in India (including south India) in the last three weeks. There is some standing or slowly flowing water in front of the building and the mosquitoes come in either through the door (the entrance door is basically just a fence, so the room door is the only protection) or through the AC (which seems to be possible according to the internet). This should be fixed by installing more protection and maybe fixing the AC or doing something about the water in front of the house. Even if it can't be fixed, it's not pleasant. I informed the manager about it and he proposed me to turn on some insecticide dispenser which was available in the room and to turn on the fan to disperse it. This may be a solution, but not a great one. Other than that, the bathroom was not super clean: In particular, there were used toothbrushes lying on the bathroom cabinet (probably not visible to smaller people) and a crushed insect (cockroach or so) was lying under the sink when I entered the bathroom.

Late arrival was available. Room was clean and staff were professional and responsive.

Extremly noisy place. Construction works all around the hotel, all day long from 7am till 10pm every day including Saturday and Sunday. Then during the night there are dogs barking almost non-stop. There is also heavy traffic noise and honking from the nearby roads. Entrance to hotel is smelly due to open drainage/sewage lines and rubbish with smell reaching first floor. Room is very small can hardly walk around because of doors and furniture and shelfs. In additiom to payment you have to make a deposit at check in.
