Quiet location, very clean. Excellent hosts, very attentive and helpful. Lovely individually cooked breakfast to order. Yummy homemade cakes left in the rooms on both days. Plenty of wildlife to see in the area 😄

"Perfect place to have a break from the city noice and traffic."

The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and looked like renovation has just been finished. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The location is very quiet, far away from traffic. This is the perfect place to have a break from the city noice, rush and traffic. Everything is on a distance from you.

A lovely rural location surrounded by fields and excellent as long as you have your own transport. Equidistant between Welney WWT and Snettisham RSPB so ideal for birdwatching. Breakfast was also excellent with a good selection of hot and cold options. Owners were a very nice couple and very friendly but happy to leave yourself to yourself if you prefer.
