I can only echo all the comments: this place is absolutely wonderful. Very well located if you want to explore Cornwall, with a parking spot in front of the door. Check-in / out was super easy, and the hosts are lovely. I had the entire place for myself, which made me feel at home away from home (and it might be the cleanest place I have ever seen). Breakfast was amazing, and Diane gave me great recommendations for my trip. Stay there if you can, with no hesitation!

Exceptional bed and breakfast, more of a self contained apartment . Breakfast was superb, excellent selection, homemade bread and jams. Good locally sourced products. Hosts, Diane and Les were outstanding in their welcome. Lovely village close to beaches with an excellent pub that serves good food.
