The daughter of the owner of this property was extremely invasive and inconvenient in 2 situations. The first was after I had paid for 2 days and requested an extension for another 2 days, this woman was very rude and inconvenient, interrupting my sleep with my boyfriend at 10 pm so that I would pay for the 2 days in advance. The second moment was when, on the last day of the daily rate, she wanted me and my boyfriend to leave the property, claiming that I was prostituting myself there. The police were called and the police did not agree with her, because she had no proof of the accusation. We stayed the night in that property, but it was an embarrassing and disturbing situation for me and my partner. We will sue this company.

Every single thing about the property was perfect. It was absolutely stunning inside and out. The view from the large windows and the private balcony spectacular with so much to see. Steven, our host, was lovely, friendly and very helpful.

What could anyone possibly dislike!

Excellent living conditions. A beautiful and cozy place. A great option for those who appreciate peace and quiet.

The apartment looks really nice and has a nice lake view.

The owner of the property. First asking for your email two months prior o arrival via WhatsApp through provided phone number to Booking.com. Other properties can send emails through Booking so his messages demanding your email look like scam/spam. In description says there are cameras on the property filming surrounding of the property, but it doesn't mention that one of the cameras is pointed directly at the apartment living room. Where with the size and layout of the apartment you will mostly unpack and maybe undress. So keep in mind that you always have to pull curtains on. Photo of the camrea Apartment looks clean, but i do not know how much of the effort owner actually put in to clean and how clean is left after previous visitors. Two things have happened, first when we arrived there was a charging cable on one of the bedside tables. We didn't cared about that much. When we left we got a message for the owner that we left the cable. He was informed that the cable was already there when we arrived. That means he missed the cable when he cleaned before we arrived. Second during the day after we left he messaged us about missing blanket, that he couldn't find it and where it is. Blanket was folded on the corner sitting place that somehow he again didn't saw. Now is a question how much actually he sees what is where and what is clean or not. And finally after all unnecessary communication you go and leave a review with you seem fitting based on your annoying experience with the owner, as i sad the property is really nice. He once again messaged me on WhatsApp and demanded an explanation.

The location is amazing, easy in to Utrecht by train and bike. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Steven is very helpful and got us hire bikes. The place is comfy, limited space for cooking but sufficient for holidays! Would definitely go back.

Nothing really! I'd put a towel hook by the shower and make more of the view somehow. Some people made comment about the boat blocking the view - not a problem now as it seems the boat has moved.

There is water access, you are able to leave your boat there( sloep of reasonable size and you have to inform the host ahead of time). It is convenient to have a whole studio to yourself. Key-less entry - all is controlled via an app.

- The studio downstairs actually has very limited view of the Loosdrechtse plassen (it should be noted in the room selection), there is a massive party/tour boat parked in front that also makes a lot of noise. - The bed is placed in between 2 walls (length wise) so tall people have issues to be comfortable. - Only 1 towel per person was available. - The noise of people above is loud if they are walking around. - Very mushy pillows. - There security cameras pointed directly into the room from outside, felt uncomfortable

It was clean and comfortable.

There was a camera that had a view and at the studio. We were in fact given a notice that we did something ( climb over the fence to sit in the sun) of which we were reprimanded instantly via whatsapp! We felt like we were being checked constantly. I think this is really inappropriate to have a camera on your guests. ! Also there was a big boat blocking out view. After sending a message it was taking away after a not so nice conversation. We received a bottle of bubbles en apologies. But it was a first not so nice experience.

Excellent location, host and facilities.

The lower apartment has its view blocked by the hosts beautiful, camera equipped, boat. Door and gate opening app, a bit hit and miss in operation.
