"Good location and price. Cold pre-packed breakfast and broken floor tiles."

We booked a Twin Room and received a room with the beds made up as one. There were supposed to be two separate beds in a Twin.

The tiles on the floor are coming loose and breaking as I walked over them which were both noisy and unsafe. Some tiles were missing as well - and it is clear that the tiles coming loose is a problem that has been coming along for a while. When a breakfast is included, I expect a sit-down warm breakfast, not a sandwich, apple, juice and a biscuit pre-packed in the fridge.

Super convenient for us as it was close to stores and we were able to enjoy visiting with family in town. Secure parking. The room had all the conveniences we needed. A lovely bagged breakfast sandwich, juice and snacks were provided which worked well for us as we were on the road early.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was very spacious with an on suite bathroom. The room was super clean and we had fresh "take away" breakfast in our fridge every evening. I can't fault the room and a plus it had air con. The area is safe and clean. I will definitely recommend and you won't be disappointed

Only have one suggestion to add a hair dryer to the room.
