I found a second home on Gozo

I had an absolutely wonderful stay and can truly say this place feels like a second home on Gozo. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and genuinely family-like. Sonia creates something special here – she remembers every guest by name, which made me feel seen, cared for, and not just like another visitor. It honestly felt as if I was coming to stay with family rather than booking accommodation. The location is excellent – perfectly situated to explore Gozo while still offering peace and relaxation. Everything you might need is within easy reach, making it ideal both for short stays and longer visits. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, providing a cozy and relaxing space to rest after a day of exploring the island. If you are looking for a place in Gozo with a truly authentic, home-like atmosphere, outstanding hospitality, and a personal touch, this is it. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Das Guest House liegt zentral, Strand und Hafen sind gleich um die Ecke, und doch ist es ruhig und erholsam dort. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, mit netten Accessoires und viel Geschmack eingerichtet und ich war sehr zufrieden damit. Wie Sonia die Gäste mit viel Herzlichkeit begrüßt und umsorgt, wie sie beim Frühstück auf besondere Wünsche eingeht und durch Spezialitäten wie täglich andere Omelettes und Kuchen für Abwechslung sorgt, das sind die Faktoren, die meinen Aufenthalt hier so speziell gestaltet haben, dass ich das Maria Giovanna Guest House gerne jedem weiterempfehle.

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Breakfast, lift, AC and great TV channels. Parking is in the vicinity. Tea / coffee facilities in the room as well as fridge if needed. Great restaurants nearby.

Beautiful guest house with authentic Maltese features and furniture. Lovely, very welcoming host. Very good breakfast with homemade food, cakes and jams. Great location right in the middle of Marsalforn.
