Very clean, the room has character, very good location.

The bed was so soft.

Location right near the lake and restaurants Decor in the room and public spaces was beautiful - found myself stopping to look at it all. Host was so helpful and welcoming.

Not a thing

Property is well maintained, security (automated door locks and cameras) clean, bright, and comfortable bed. They provide a variety of drinks (for small fee), many dry breakfast options during week along with snacks in room. Bathroom products, nice microwave and small refrigerator. Inside and outside is well lighted. Options for sitting downstairs or on shared balcony.

Air conditioning is programmed and we did get hot at night. We selected property and looked forward to the amazing breakfast we read so many reviews about. Unfortunately, Saturday morning we along with another couple found a note that no hot breakfast. I looked for gift certificate as stated in property description that would be provided if unable to provide breakfast but nothing was left. We were all disappointed and we missed spending additional time with family as we wanted to partake of the amazing breakfast. It was a holiday weekend and assume this is the reason for not providing breakfast but disappointed no preparation was made to accommodate expectation of breakfast that is highly recommended and promoted with the property. I fell outside property on a raised section of concrete day we arrived and fractured my wrist this was not the negligence of the property but of the sidewalk maintenance. Overall we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately would not recommend due the reasons provided above. Specifically, service for special hot weekend breakfast or equivalent gift card was not provided. I would rate similar properties that advertise options for price paid and not provided.

Great location and everything was clean

We were supposed to have a full breakfast Saturday morning, but there was no staff there to cook it. We had coffee and stale pastries. Big disappointment.

All was good

Very comfortable stay. Large room with a good selection of biscuits and snacks. Filter coffee maker which was nice but unsure if/how the coffee packs fitted. Good location just 50 metres from the lake and next door to a craft beer pub also selling food, and other restaurants only a short walk away. Friday morning breakfast was a cold self service. Disappointing to find only ready sliced bread. It would have been good to have been offered a small selection of cold meats and cheeses. For Saturday morning breakfast there was a small hot selection plus all the cold choices. Overall a very pleasant stay but on the expensive side.
