Friendly welcome, very good breakfast and choices, well located to get to attractions in the town

The 'Luxury' label did not really apply to our room (room 7) which looked dated and felt cramped. Pictures of the other rooms certainly appear to be a bit more modern. Luckily we are small people but if you were big and brought lots of luggage then you would struggle. Parking was a bit awkward but that was partly due to the local road restrictions.

Close to the beach 15 minutes walk , parking , breakfast ok

Needs updating, room was average not a four star accommodation more of 2-3.

The owners were friendly and the place was clean. The location is handy with ample free parking. The breakfast was fantastic and really fills you up for the day. All the communal areas were very well presented

The room......this was no 7 and was small with a toilet in a sort of cupboard and a shower just in the corner of the room. This is not what we would expect and is not a private bathroom in any way. We wouldn't recommend this room ....
