Sijainniltaan ainutlaatuinen. Pihan kota vapaassa käytössä ja pääsi katselemaan maisemia torniin.

Saunamaksu 10 euroa per henkilö oli kallis ottaen huomioon saunan tason. Aamiainen oli tarjolla kello 8 aamulla ja ilmeisesti myöhemmin tähän ei olisi ollut mahdollisuutta. esim. maitotuotteiden kylmäketju oli katkennut tuotteiden ollessa pöydällä ilman kylmälevyä. Epäselvää missä vaiheessa huone olisi pitänyt luovuttaa. Tilat päivittämisen tarpeessa.
