Very clean and well appointed room

The place is super cute and very well appointed. We got to meet their cute pups which was awesome. The house is really close to town which has a decent selection of restaurants. We ate at the Thai place very good. The room is huge and has everything you need. Nice outdoor area and very private as well with outside space and grassy area. We were going to the glow worms thw following day and it was a quick 20min drive down

Breakfast was more than adequate, fresh and tasty. Just far enough out of town to be a small piece of paradise in the country.

Can't really think of anything at present.

This is my ‘go to’ whenever I need to stay in Otorohanga. Clean, spacious and private and only 5 minutes out of town.

The fact that it’s often booked out when I want to stay there!

Spotlessly clean, highly engineered to provide everything required for a short stay. Great pre-packed breakfast.

Just a little too far out of town .

Perfect accomodation with everything you could need. Excellent space, very clean and confortable.

Nothing.

A great place with plenty of space and comfortable conditions. The self-service breakfast was well-stocked and lacked nothing. I didn’t use all the amenities, but the stay was an authentic, idyllic experience of the New Zealand countryside. The owner was super friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. Plus, it’s very close to Otorohanga, which is super convenient Definitely worth recommending!

- Easy to park outside the house. - Big room, so it was comfortable to open the luggage and move around.

- Although there were people in the main house, the only one who we met was the beautiful bulldog. No one got out when we arrived, or when we came back in the evening or when we left. The only communication was by short Booking messages, and I'm still waiting for an answer of my last text. - The only telephone number they provide to contact them doesn't have whatsapp. So, if you are a tourist, you need to make an international call instead of using the Wifi. - Impossible to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out. They offered the information site of the town, but if you need to leave early in the morning, it is closed, so it is useless. - No air conditioning, so it was quite hot inside. - The kitchen has only a microwave, so very limited options to cook in a town where there are very few options to eat. - The quality of the breakfast is poor.

Authentic NZ rural experience. Very quiet, no road noise, very private from owner's house. Outdoor bath was a bonus
