Very clean and spacious apartment. The host is extremely nice person: she helped a lot with leaving bike after check out time and collecting it later, and extremely polite. The shower was very warm and nice. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Big fridge, free bottled water (including also sparkling one). There is also tea and coffee for all the days. Most importantly there was a coffee machine. Washing machine and the host provided the liquid and all the stuff for drying. I was positively impressed by hospitality! For this little price there was also breakfast, every day deep clean, nice garden. Highly recommend!

Nothing to complain!

Very spacious apartment with separate comfortable kitchen, private entrance. Perfect localisation for visiting Frascati and other Castelli Romani as well as Rome itself. Parking availacle in close vicinity without restrictions (which is rare in this Castelli Romani region) Owner extremely kind and caring. We were invited for Italian breakfast with fresh croissant, yoghurt, coffee and juice by hospitable hosts. We recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Really friendly host, lovely place with ample rooms and great breakfast. Free street parking just across the street.

We were given a huge comfy room with the possibility of using a living room space and a small kitchen shared with another room. Very nice breakfast .

One of the heaters was a bit noisy during the night
