The place is clean but the employee Mbali gave us a very bad attitude, we arrived at 20:19 and she told us that we late they are sleeping and had to apologize as I have not checked the check in time, later when I checked I found out that the last was 21:00 and we were placed on cheaper room than what we have have paid for. In the morning I had to keep on keep checking on them and when I found them one lady discovered that we were wrongly booked and when she asked Mbali she kept saying we arrived late. Am very disappointed with her attitude. Other than her attitude the place is clean and neat

Nothing as I was placed on lower room than what I have paid for, and no refund from them .

Breakfast was perfect and the location is also perfect

Excellent very beautiful decor, the Ndebele decor thyme. They really paid attention to detail.

I was gonna give this guess house a 10 out of 10 because its beautiful, clean and met the owner a very nice person but there is only 3 parking space. I was blocked and early hours of the morning around 12 and 1 am, one of the guests was players loud music parked in front of the room I booked. When approached he stated he is not sleeping because he has no parking. I could not sleep. In the morning I asked to check out at 12 instead of 11 am and the staff refused telling me they are not allowed. That after my sleep was disturbed and was interrupted by another guest.
