Nothing, the owner greeted me with telling me she was angry with me. Had travelled for 8hours and as soon as i arrived she told me she was angry with me and never told me why

No idea of customer service. The room is just a converted shed next to the house

Clean and quiet place.

The description of the hotel doesn't coordinate with the real situation. The bathroom is common for 2 rooms. The rooms are not on the ground floor. The toilet is on the ground floor and rooms on the 1st floor. The breakfast is poor and already served in the room beforehand. The owners don't speak English and pretty little German.

"A good place to stay if you're driving."

A quiet location where you can park the car safely and for free. The landlady was very nice although she didn't speak English. It's easy to travel into Rotterdam as there's a station nearby.

We booked a room that was advertised as having a private bathroom. This was not the case. The bathroom was outside the room and was shared with another bedroom opposite. Also the toilet was not in the bathroom but down some steep stairs on the ground floor. The breakfast wasn't great - processed and packaged food left in the room.
