Ocean Terrace

Very friendly and courteous staff, neat and clean rooms, delicious food, beautiful sea view from the balcony and homely atmosphere. Anarul the guy at reception is an all-rounder, he cooks well, he's very polite and patient, always there to help you when needed and can fix your bike as well. Me and wife had a great time there and whenever we want to come back to Port Blair, we will always prefer to stay at Ocean Terrace.

Room was clean and hotel location was superb

Lack of staff members. There is only 1 men who was looking after kitchen, cleanliness, helpdesk, receptionist, etc which was leading to delay in every thing. Even an order of couple of Tea took more then 1 hour. In brief services were not good at all.

Terrible breakfast, no juice, no soft drinks.

No credit card payment to pay the room of hotel. No offers or service for taxi, tours, drinks etc. no advise on ATM either.

The property was good. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Great food at the hotel kitchen. Services and amenities were provided.

Kitchen is understaffed, hence bit messy. Can be improved.
