The owner of the apartment turned out to be an ardent nationalist, as soon as he found out that we were from Germany but born in Russia he called the police at night. The police came, we provided documents, all the accusations of the owner of the apartments were refuted, but the nerves were exhausted and we and the children for neshi money received psychological stress instead of rest and restful sleep. I categorically do not recommend to stay with this person, pass by, especially if you are not Italian and if you have children.

The building, the apartment in general and our room in particular were very nice, clean and comfortable. The team (owners) were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Special appreciation for help with transfer to the airport for our early morning flight (at 8 am) with reasonable price. Thank you, William, for arrangement!

We were surprised that the owner of the property (apartment) was working in the same apartment that we stayed (he worked till late night on his PC). My concern was that the two ladies (my sister and I) and the owner (a man) must "share" the apartment. However, we may say that we did not bother each other, so it is okay.

We stayed only for one night but we felt really welcomed. The owner was friendly and helped to get us to the restaurant in late evening. In the morning we had coffee for free! The location was good!

The place is hard to reach if you land later. You can only get there with taxi or William (the owner)- 20 Euro We felt a little rushed to leave the apartment în the morning since we were asked to leave latest at 10.

Very good location, between Treviso and Venice. In 25 minutes you can reach Venice, in 10 mins Treviso with train. Very close to railway station, quiet. The owner was very friendly, helpful, polite. Our room was clean, the toilet as well.

Unfortunately, you only get a room with no access to the kitchen and a shared bathroom/toilet. This place is more "impossible" than possible (photo). It was not possible to get into the kitchen, as there is a sign hanging "you can't touch anything", there is no kettle and hot water, no mugs either. And asking someone for boiling water every time you need to drink coffee is at least unpleasant, especially when no one is home. I guess if the host doesn't like eating out of the same utensils as the guests, you could at least get a separate kettle and mugs ( The common areas are filmed on camera, it didn't bother us, but in case someone would be uncomfortable being watched all the time.
