Kambaku @ Sea

This Lodge is a piece of heaven. Service excellent, very kind and courteous staff. Best Breakfast what I ever had. Interior is a composition and very creative. Bedroom (no. 4) spaciuos with wonderful view. All in all fantastic.

We were 45 min to early there and they send us out again. We could not wait until check in time at 2pm.

We were suitably surprised at how stunning the property actually is. Our room was really beautiful and there was so much attention to detail in the small things which we loved. It was confortable, clean, neat, extremely spacious and everything we needed was available. The breakfast was fit for a king - absolutely delicious.

Absolute unique located, perfect area, perfect building, perfect view, delicious food, everything arranged and decorated with love, very nice owners and staff working there. So a place to breath, calm down and enjoy. Great Kajak tour was also arranged for us and accompanied by the owner. This was a very special time for my son and me. The diner we had was absolutely perfect with a personal menu card.

The water to use in the bathroom for washing and taking showers is coming directly from the river and brown ( as it was said from tannins - so no issue to use it) but it would help to get that explained before and maybe also an option to build a filter system. On top we had in our bathroom a bad sewage smell that seemed to be difficult to stop, so we experienced that 4 from 5 days stay.

After a small sandy road upon the top of the hill we found a Diamond. In all cases better than perfect, it is really a jewel in the Cape region. Big thanks to Trisyn and all the staff, we feel so sorry staying only 1 night in that paradise lodge on our trip through South Africa. Next time we know better.

EVERYTHING, we are coming back asap. The view is beyond beyond beyond words. The rooms and staff and and and are equally awesome.

Absolutely stunning property with the most amazing views. Beautiful suite with lounge area and balcony overlooking the view of the river/mountains/valley. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
