Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, piękne widoki na Palenicę z okna i balkonu. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Bardzo czysto w pokoju, łazience, holu. Ciepło. Pomocny i bardzo sympatyczny personel :)

Dość miękki materac w łóżku - jak dla mnie zbyt miękki. Mała (ciasna) kabina prysznicowa. Głośna lodówka w pokoju - trzeba było ją wyłączyć.

"Wrócę tam na pewno za jakiś czas"

Śniadania smaczne w formie szwedzkiego stołu plus świeża jajecznica na życzenie, dostępne różne rodzaje herbat, kawa w różnych wydaniach i różnych rozmiarach. Do centrum można dotrzeć dość szybko skrótami o których informuje personel hotelu, który jest przemiły. Wymiana ręczników i pościeli na życzenie - super.

Troszkę surowy wystrój pokojów można by ocieplić jakimiś obrazkami na ścianach i jakąś lampą stojącą. Zasłony w oknach wymagały by lepszego/ładniejszego zamontowania i może inny spokojniejszy kolor zamiast tego w odcieniu brudnego różu.
