I was supposed to arrive around midnight or half past midnight, but no one from the property responded to my messages. I had no choice but to book another place to stay. They didn’t cancel my reservation or offer any help — instead, they kept my money and told me to contact Booking.com. I waited before writing this review, hoping they would cancel or resolve the issue, but it’s been two days and nothing has changed. Very disappointing experience.
