Silver Storm Resort Athirappilly

Worth the price. The room was very neat. The restaurant food was yummy. Stayed for one day.

This is my personal experience. Most of the staff were well behaved except for one person. We had to return to pickup an item from the room and I requested to use the outside toilet since it was urgent. The guy was very strict even after seeing me waiting with a baby in hand. I know there are rules but as a human being sometimes you can be kind to others. So no more going to this resort even though the facilities are good. The guy opened the door after waiting a long time and waited outside the toilet door with a grumpy face. I waited for my car outside and returned soon.

The staff attitude was terrible and very rude not a nice place to stay

Room was spacious. Very clean. Good location. On the main road, opposite to a beautiful river. Shower had hot water any time. The boy from Nagaland was good at Service. Sorry, forgot his name.

No restaurant within the property. We got Chapathis that felt like ready made ones. Sometimes food was good. sometimes cold. Of course, small property in a forest area. So we have to settle for what is available. Shower area was too small. Little over priced for the amenities available.
