Close proximity to the coast. Brian was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.Excellent breakfast. Everything I needed was provided.

"Good homely accommodation with friendly hosts."

Good location for Whitehaven, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the property owners were very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast too!

The only negative is no parking specifically for guests, however this is clearly communicated when booking and there are plenty of other local car parks a short walk from the hotel.

"Pleasant stay in a lovely guest house."

The room was well appointed, and had a great view of the harbour from the ground floor room we had requested. The freshly prepared breakfast was delicious!

No fault of the guest house - we chose to walk up from the train station with our luggage. The road was steeper than expected, but we managed. An Uber or taxi would be advisable in inclement weather.
