Very warm welcome, friendly staff, clean, stunning sea and harbour view,tasty breakfast,good location,cosy atmosphere.

Brian was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. We stayed here to hike up Scafell Pike, it’s about 45 minutes drive from Wasdale Lake Head Car Park. It was very convenient for us and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

I booked last minute and was looking for something cheap but lismore is anything but cheap. The price of the room is exceptionally good for what you actually get. The house is beautiful, clean , the rooms well equipped, bathrooms sparkling, coffee machine in room and what I hadn't realised was breakfast was included. My stay was brief but lovely and I will return. Very close to the centre and the harbour area.

The only negative is no parking outside but I already knew this and found alternative secure paid parking nearby.

So welcoming when I arrived and lovely clean room, proper coffee machine in room. The breakfast was superb also and a amazing view from the dining room. I couldn’t fault this lovely bed and breakfast.

Not a negative but no parking, but there was a large free car park within 5minutes walk.

My one night stay at Lismore Guest House was a pleasure from arriving to leaving. Brian was a very friendly & helpful host. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of fruit, yogurt, cereals and a cooked breakfast of choice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and the shower was great.
