Perfect location, minutes from the kite schools and launch spots. If you get a sea view room you will have a beautiful view of the lagoon. All the bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. Massimo made everything very easy for us, helping us to arrange airport transfers even late at night and early in the morning, and organising bike rental (he also offers car and scooter rental which we didn’t use). Caterina is wonderful and makes great breakfasts each morning and takes care of the hotel. We slept excellently, and didn’t want to leave!

The water in the shower / bathroom is salty, I would buy bottled water to drink.

The highlight of the property is the kind staff and the safe tranquil area. The staff were very communicative to our needs. We enjoyed the breakfasts, probably one of the best we’ve had and we have stayed at many hotels. It is rich and full of delicious cake and eggs and juices and basically gave us wonderful start to each day! For those who like kite surfing this is the place to stay. We didn’t do kite surfing but it was still convenient for us. Thank you so much!

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, mit frisch gekochtem rührei, großem Buffet sogar mit Kuchen, frischem Kaffee und Früchten, super gut!!

Colazione eccellente. Molto varia ed abbondante. Posizione perfetta per praticare kite.

L'emplacement : juste en face de la lagune et a côté de notre école de kite. L'accueil et l'organisation. La propreté. Le petit déjeuner est varie et est servi a la terrasse face a la mer (enfin la mer est a environs 200m) dans l'ombre ou il fait pas trop chaud: y a du sucré(differentes tartes fait maison, pancakes) et du sale(tomates, concombre, jambon, fromage, les oeufs. Possible de demander de faire des oeufs scramble), des fruits. Varie et assez de choix. Le service très amicale.on avait une chambre avec le balcon et une belle vue sur la lagune. La literie est ok (on avait 2 grands lits mis ensemble, mais ca se tait pas trop). Y a un clim dans la chambre. La douchette est un peu cassee. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et sont a l'écoute (mon copain n'avait pas un adaptateur alimentation pour le PC, il s'est fait dépanner par le proprio).

A notre goût, y en a pas. La particularité : eau du robinet a un goût bizzare , salé, pas très agréable, attention pas eau potable. Mais c'est pas grave, juste pensez a prévoir de l'eau de la bouteille pour laver les dents.

Emplacement au top à quelques mètres du sport de kite. Vue avec balcon sur la lagune. Un petit-dej au-dessus du lot avec une personne dévouée derrière le bar et énormément de choix.

The rooms were a bit noisy. You hear other people waking up, going out of their rooms… but that’s part of staying in a guesthouse.

Great location and view. Owners are nice and helpful. Great value for money!
