I booked a 50 square meter family suit which has 1 extra large double bed and 2 bunk beds according to the provided information of the property. This family suit should accommodate 6 person with this information. I made the booking for 4 people. While booking, I didn’t mention my little daughter while the family suit seemed available to all my family members. The property owner didn’t accept to accommodate us in the booked family suit as we are 5 person in total. Following my request, they didn’t provide crib for my child and didn’t provide another available room as well. I respected the hotel rules, I requested my booked room for 4 people and explained that I would arrange another hotel for one of my family members. The owner just told me that they didn’t have confidence and refused to provide the accommodation even for 4 guests as it was booked. They also refused to cancel my appointment and refund my payment back. It is unacceptable for any property owner to make baseless assessments on their guests’ reliability. If the owner really wanted to support, this could be easily done. The owner put me in a bad situation with my family with not providing any service. The property owner refused to release total amount of my payment as well. The result is; I payed for a family suit which I hadn’t been accommodated. This was a discontent and unacceptable for a guest as well as a complete impoliteness and injustice of the property. Simply, not recommended.

Helpful, friendly hostess. Excellent , generous breakfast. Spacious accomodation.

It was slightly out of the way and not easy to find though hostess sent lots of information.

Very welcoming, helpful, friendly and warm family run B&B. A big thanks to Marjolijn for providing breakfast even though I hadn't given any prior notice of preference. Car parking and a big Park nearby for a stroll.
