Comfy bed Large bathroom Good location

Did not get the room I had booked( with sea view) I was told there had been a problem with the room (1stfloor)and unavailable.! Offered a larger room -but on a higher floor2 nd floor but as no lift( I have mobility problems)I declined offer of larger room or of free breakfast .. Stayed on 1st floor - but no sea view . Bedroom carpet and bed valance very stained- in need of replacement

Reception/ initial contact not great as bell not always heard. Maybe another option to alert the host

"Lovely stay!"

This is a lovely property! We had a lovely view over the water, and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here when in the area - it’s gorgeous and Alison is lovely.

We loved our sea view room! The bed was large and comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is great, close to restaurants and shops. Large and delicious breakfast and our hostess was so lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - wish we could have stayed longer!
