The pool was ok

I should have known when i tried to contact this hotel months out from our stay and got no reply, that it wasn't going to be a good experience.When i contacted booking.com customer service to see if they could get a answer from the hotel and get a price for airport pick-up they emailed me and told me the hotel would do it for 1000 baht. The hotel then decided to return my messages trying to charge me 1500baht. My daughter and i arrived at Surat Thani airport and got a grab for 700baht. When we arrived there was no safe in room as advertised on bookings.com website. I spoke with bookings.com and they didnt give a shit that there was no safe in the room even thoughthey advertised so. We then got charged a ridiculous fee of 500baht to get to the dam for tours. The hotel pretended to call a taxi service when it was one of there own cars and driver that took us just another rip off. When I got myself and my 8 year old daughter in the taxi the seat belt didn't even work. It was only when I insisted that he fixed the problem. The restaurant is well below average but is really the only option unless you have your own transport. Otherwise the Chef Ja Bakery and Steak is amazing!!! A 25 minute walk but well worth it. The air conditioning is so noisy and won't go onto low so you have to turn off the whole time or you can't sleep. Wifi is also terrible. Staff cannot speak English so I would only suggest staying here for a night or 2 max if you have your own transport and are organising your own tours. On a good note the pool is ok !

Pas de drap du dessus, eau de piscine pas très propre. Restaurant à vous rendre dépressif point de vue décoration et peu de plats. Trop cher pour les prestations

The garden of this property and the view are amazing. The room is too basic, kinda old. Would be good to have an armchair. In our 2 rooms the lights were too dark. The receptionist asked for a deposit in cash only and it was a bit of a problem for her that we didn’t have. She was insisting to leave our passport which sorry but are you joking? The cage with a large wild bird in it. Seriously, he wants to fly, not to be there closed in a cage to entertain your guests. Poor thing. The pool has broken tiles which is dangerous. The board of the pool is super slippery. Those are no tiles for round the pool.
