Mory&Clary Cave Palese Airport

It was difficult to find. I sent messages asking for the free cot bed advertised for my son. I got no reply. There was no cot bed. I sent messages asking about parking. I got no reply. I had to call booking. Com because the steeet address exists in 3 different places in Bari. They eventually sent me sat. Nav. Co ordinates. The facilities are basic. The sheets are damp as it’s under ground. There was no coffee. There is a rusty screw sticking out of the wall in the shower that could cause serious injury. I didn’t see another human. I would not use again

The ventillation is noisy, there are no plates and there is no holdrr for the towels in the bathroom. It was very difficult to locate the apartment.

The place is located near the airport, which is why I booked it. It's a quiet area. The towels and bed sheets were clean. There is a key locker to get the keys so very convenient when arriving late. Things seemed functional in the room although I only stayed for one night and did not try everything. Breakfast is at the pastry shop next door, very nice pistachio croissant!

Very strong smell of humidity, no windows to let air circulate. There is a dehumidifier that works, just noisy. Because of the smell and the noise of the dehumidifier my night wasn't restful. Communication with the host was very minimal. It's ok for one night.

Close to Airport

We booked this place as it was close to the airport. The place was that bad we ended up leaving the apartment during the night as the mould was very bad to breathe in. The place is covered in mould, the smell is unbearable, and the bed was damp to sleep in. We will be submitting a complaint to booking.com as this place should not be allowed to stay open. The steps down to the basement (if you are disabled / impaired this place will be impossible for you) The stairs are a death trap as the rubber is half off the doorframe. There is no where to sit in the kitchen / living room area other than a metal dining room chair. There was no fresh towels, only the ones shown below which were stuffed into the bidet. Absolutely disgusting. There was also another guest who arrived to the property stating he also had a reservation for tonight, therefore double booking us. There was no one to greet us at the apartment, and there is no breakfast on site as stated on the original booking. I am grateful as I doubt it would even be safe to consume. Absolutely disgusting- do NOT book.

The room has a strong smell of mold, and it was difficult to sleep with that. Terrible

it’s basement: - mold on the walls - humidity very high - no wifi - very noisy fridge and other facilities - no fresh air - bad smell it’s a shame to rent out such property
