"Perfect hosts! Will above back!"

Beautiful property, beautifully decorated and fab location, offers outside space and a gorgeous balcony which guests are welcome to use whenever they wish. Free cakes and cookies left in our room each day which was amazing and generous considering the price was already great. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and food was fabulous. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

These isn’t anything not to like. Even the twin room which is on the smaller side but has everything you require and extremely comfy and cozy!

Fantastic location. Very warm welcome on arrival. Very friendly, clean and comfortable. A few extra nice little touches to add to the stay - freshly baked cakes delivered to the room, fresh milk and bottled water available and accessible throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great position between Southbourne town and beach. Lovely building with little balcony. Large and airy bedroom. Breakfast room and terrace area well thought out. Furnished with thought and taste.

Really friendly staff, the breakfasts were amazing, and they weren't fazed by my dairy intolerance. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved it.

There was nothing we disliked. 100% would stay there again.
