La situation géographique du Riad, le calme, la propreté, l’ambiance.

Nous avons été désagréablement choqué lors de notre départ matinal du Riad que 2 jeunes réceptionnistes de l’hôtel, qui ne parlaient pas le Français et très mal la langue anglaise nous rattrapent dans la cour pour nous demander de payer la note d’hôtel en mettant notre parole en doute, alors que nous avions déjà réglé notre note de séjour à notre arrivée auprès de votre responsable à la réception qui parlait parfaitement notre langue..!! mais qui malheureusement semble ne pas avoir fait parfaitement son travail en mettant à jour l’ordinateur de l’hôtel en liaison avec Bookîng..

The location was great. It was convenient, well situated, and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

What I did not like was the lack of parking facilities. In addition, we were unable to obtain our room key cards until 9:30 a.m., and we did not receive any response from the hotel regarding the delay. I also requested a prayer mat and was informed that a staff member would bring it to my room, but it was never delivered, and I received no further update. These issues affected what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.
