In early February booked an advertised twin bedded, ground floor, room. Received conformation. On arrival in March was told no such room available. After some fuss when receipt was produced, showing twin room, was given a holiday camp chalet type room with twin beds pushed together. So small en suite door would not fully open as the hand basin was behind it. Original booking showed ground floor room but this was on first floor. All for £140 !!!!
