Please note that pet dogs can only be brought to our two rooms with separate entrances. These are A) 'Double or Twin Room with View' and B) 'Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Garden View'. A one time fee of €20.00 per dog every three days period or part thereof applies. Access is restricted to the great outdoors and your accommodations. On the grounds of Andresna House, dogs must be kept on the lead at all time. It is also required to clean up after your dog. To respect our guests who do not travel with pets, dogs are not allowed in the common rooms or dining room. Some dogs do get lonely and upset in new surroundings so we ask that they are not left unattended in your room during the day. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms as well as for arising repair costs caused by pet dogs.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Beautiful place in a charming location in Sligo. The host greeted us and had time for a chat and to show us around. There is a comfortable common area where you can sit and unwind. The room was very clean, spacious and we had the best sleep! The highlight of the stay was a fantastic breakfast- there was a choice of sourdough breads, yoghurt/berries, fantastic cooked Irish breakfast and the host even organised crepes for my 10 year old! I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to explore Sligo while staying in a tranquil, cozy location with a fantastic lake view, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast!

Our stay at Andresna House was perfect - would highly recommend! Andy was a wonderful host and was so helpful telling us about the sites to see and explore in the local area. We brought our dogs with us, and so having a room with a private entrance for them was a massive bonus. Andy is a fantastic chef and we enjoyed a brilliant breakfast every morning with organic ingredients. Lastly, the house is situated in a lovely spot with beautiful views over Lough Arrow.
