La atención del personal fue excelente. Nos atendieron muy bien, nos solucionaron dudas y nos dieron buenas recomendaciones y siempre con mucha amabilidad. Todo muy limpio y las zonas comunes muy bien decoradas y cuidadas. También la ubicación es muy buena, en el zoco y a 5' de la plaza. Todo fenomenal

Très beau riad idéalement situé au cœur de la médina, à seulement 5 minutes de la place jemaa el fna. Accueil chaleureux, hôtes très gentils et attentionnés. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Une excellente adresse que je recommande vivement !

"El aire acondicionado roto hizo desagradable nuestra estancia."

Limpieza

Uno de los colchones tenía un lado hundido por lo tanto no era nada cómodo.El aire de la habitación no echaba aire frío. La primera noche fue horrorosa del calor que pasamos al día siguiente al levantarnos lo comunicamos a su dueño y la solución de él fue ponernos un ventilador. Con las altas temperaturas de Marrakech este establecimiento no se puede permitir el lujo de tener un aire acondicionado roto por favor.!!. Quitando este episodio lo mejor del establecimiento es la limpieza y la señora que limpia y los chicos que son súper atentos y amables.
