LA RÉVERIE

La Reverie exceeded all our expectations - already hoping to be back soon! We had the room with own entrance to the pool - highly recommend as then you have your own private entrance to the room as well. Room is equipped with everything you may need (including the aircon in summer months). The staff was very welcoming and supportive. Breakfast was great. The location, especially to those planning to do the wine tram, is amazing as the wine tram station is few minutes walk away.

Um funcionário da limpeza e organização da piscina não veio no seu dia folga e não havia ninguém cuidando do local. Não foi delegada a função para outro funcionário. Haviam funcionários parados e não cuidaram da piscina e espreguiçadeiras O local estava uma bagunça Outro ponto que o local do café da manhã estava extremamente quente e as funcionárias não tinham autorização para ligar o ar condicionado. Após muita insistência conseguimos que ligassem o ar condicionado
