空間寬敞，床舖大

水量稍小、清潔度需改進、房間無供水、快煮壺，取飲用水需至二樓，且為一般家用飲水設備，無冷水（冰水）。需自備飲水不太方便。

房間空間很大，水量也很大

雖然房間空間很大，但因為電視太小又太遠，躺著看電視床架又擋住，而且房間內沒有冰箱很不方便，警報器沒電會一直叫，床架是鐵架移動一下會很吵，枕頭也太硬，唯一的優點是東大門夜市可以免費停車
