NZAmazing breakfast options supplied. Plenty for all. Warm and cosy! The pool table was used non stop....when we weren't out walking. Wop wops was a great little walk! Buying Sox is a must! Norsewood is so interesting and we loved our stay!!! Will be back 💟
NZsituated in a small heritage village with places of interest . Hosts helpful and welcoming. We stayed a night and day while village was celebrating an national day so lots going on. The building was converted dairy tastefully renovated lots of extras and well supplied.

USRoom was very nice and comfy, the breakfast was excellent and having the kitchen things was very handy. Bathroom was nice and shower was good.
The only negative was the proximity to Hwy 2, so the road noise woke us several times each night. I am a light sleeper. A person who can sleep through road noise will have no issues here. Perhaps I would put something to set soap and shampoo in the shower, instead of having to put all that on the shower floor.

NZI loved the renovated building and original artwork and treasures in the rooms and the heat pump warmed the space up well.
Poor shower pressure, plastic waste from prepackaged breakfast spreads, microfibre bed 'sheets'.
NZExtremely accommodating and friendly owners who have gone the extra mile to make the property welcoming comfortable. (Kristen had turned on heating to ensure the room was warm for us) Really spacious room, nicely decorated, huge TV, fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need. One of the nicest places to stay.
