"It was below basic standard expected"

The room had no windows, no air conditioner or fan. The bathroom window is facing garbage collection point hence flies invaded the room through there

"the service did not meet my expectations"

the location is nice

no breakfast was included , you pay for cooking and using the pool no activities , the tv was not working , the wadrobes have no doors

The bed was excellent and comfortable.

The room is extremely hot and no fan, fridge not working, Door not locking. The pics you see on booking.com is not exactly what you get at the venue
