St.Michaels Bistro

The view was 10/10 and the bathroom was especially nice. Breakfast was yummy.

It was quite expensive.

Upgraded by b.com to the Retro suite - interior decoration was fabulous. Spacious. Underfloor heating in bathroom. Restaurant downstairs was delicious and good value.

Needed a bit more lighting.

The best breakfast on the Cotswold Way! Delightful B&B, comfortable and quiet. Charming, excellent Bistro!

Friendly staff, great location and fantastic breakfast. There was an amazing personalised range of cereals, toast, yoghurts, cold meats, cheese and pastries on the table, along with chocolate eggs for Easter. A lovely memory for our stay, thank you!

Only negatives were that the canopy above the bed in The Indian Room was missing due to it being in the wash, and we received biscuits instead of the chocolates that were shown and described in the room info and photos.

The individual rooms are really wonderful. Exceptional. Quiet and peaceful surroundings of great beauty. Breakfast was very good. It took us a while to sort out the arrangements for the key- it was raining- but all became clear and no real difficulty.

I’m sure it was an oversight but we had no toiletries provided. Also the shortbread was out of date. (3/2/26) It tasted ok though.

Beautiful, PS the fan from our room Indian is in Rocco room as my friend needed an extra fan as daughter was poorly.

Would have liked a check in with staff and a recommended on booking to book in the restaurant as this was fully booked.
